SUNY Downstate Annual Research Day 2023
PhD Posters is happy to offer local poster printing for convenient conference pickup for the SUNY Downstate 2023 Annual Research Day, with poster sessions taking place 10:00am - 3:45pm Wednesday, April 19, 2023 in-person at the SUNY Downstate PHAB Halls A, B, and C, located by the Clarkson Ave entrance at 450 Clarkson Ave, Brooklyn, NY 11213. The day will consist of three poster sessions, a platform session for graduate students, and finally, a dinner for all participants. The three poster sessions will take place 10:00am – 11:45pm, 12:00pm - 1:45pm, and 2:00pm - 3:45pm for Poster sessions A, B, and C, respectively. Maximum poster size allowed by event is 60" wide x 40" top to bottom (landscape orientation).
We will be providing free courtesy design check included with each order, with optional enhanced design review and touch-up as needed addressing sharpness of images / figures, size and shape of the poster, alignment of text and images, general spelling and grammar, and colors.

Our standard conference pickup price is $10 per order (not per poster, multiple posters may be submitted in one order), and rush orders are subject to an additional $35 rush fee.

Pickup information
Pickup hours are 8:00am - 3:45pm. Confirmation emails will be sent upon completed submission of your order, after your poster(s) print, and after your order is successfully delivered (and ready for pickup).
