PhD Posters is happy to provide poster printing for the WEPAN 2024 ADVANCE Equity in STEM Community Convening! We are offering a special discount of 10% for all conference attendees!
The meeting will be held at the Hilton Inner Harbor in Baltimore, Maryland on June 2-5, 2024. More details are available at https://www.equityinstem.org/convening.
POSTER DESIGN:
Event guidelines specify that posters must not exceed 48" wide and 48" tall.
The closest size we can print to the event guideline is 48" wide and 42" tall.
If you design your poster at 48" x 48", we can proportionally reduce the print size to 42" x 42" without issue. If you choose to print a different size, please ensure that one dimension (height -OR- width) is 42" in order to prevent uneven or excess white margins.

ORDERING DEADLINES:
We are accepting standard orders until 6:30pm on Wednesday, May 29th. A limited number of rush orders will be accepted as late as 9pm on Thursday, May 30th, and will incur an additional $25 rush fee.
